Lily Starling Louis is a systems thinker, poet, and bridge-builder between institutional finance and values-based change. With multicultural roots and a multidisciplinary background in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, Lily brings a translator’s mindset to every endeavor. She is fluent in the languages of capital, impact, product, and creative expression. Currently an independent consultant focused on scaling impact, Lily has worn many hats over the course of her career—from Sustainability Product Manager to Chief of Staff. She thrives in ambiguity, taking pleasure in new challenges and solving complex problems with rigor and imagination. Poetry has been the one consistent companion in Lily’s life.
