2024-25 Teaching Artist Institute of Rochester (TAIR)
Applications to join The Teaching Artist Institute of Rochester (TAIR) are now open.
Join us for a multi-day intensive workshop for artists of any discipline to expand their teaching practice explore social justice pedagogy, get resources on the business of teaching artistry, and connect with educators and cultural centers in Rochester as well as New York City. All sessions will be held in person from October 24- 26th 2024 in Rochester, NY.
Scholarships
Applicants seeking financial aid are encouraged to apply for a scholarship. Information about how to apply for a scholarship – for either Teaching Artist Project or Summer Institute – can be found in the application guidelines at the links above. Scholarships are available to participants thanks to The Wiley Fund, in memory of Wiley Birkhofer.
