Johnathan is an associate at Sidley Austin LLP where he focuses his practice on shareholder activism defense, corporate governance, private equity transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
Johnathan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as editor-in-chief of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law, and received the “Outstanding Pro Bono Service Award” for his pro bono work. He received his B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
Johnathan is excited to support CWP’s mission as an Associate Board member.
