Ms. Bauer is an Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner at Golub Capital. In her role, she partners with senior leadership to drive high-impact talent initiatives across performance management, employee engagement and diversity programming. With her primary experience in financial services, Ms. Bauer brings a consultative mindset and a deep understanding of the importance of human capital within an organization.
Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Bauer held key roles at Cohen & Steers, where she served as a partner to the business driving global recruitment efforts for experienced hires and campus recruitment, and championed diversity initiatives. She began her career in recruitment, quickly establishing herself as a trusted advisor and advocate for talent development.
She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University, with a minor in Education. She also holds her SHRM-CP certification and is a member of the NYC Society of Human Resource Management Chapter.
Ms. Bauer is passionate about equity in education and believes in the power of creativity to build confidence and community. She looks forward to the opportunity to influence the next generation of creative thinkers and leaders, and to support students to measure, interpret, and positively impact their world through creative writing and multidisciplinary arts.
In her free time, Ms. Bauer enjoys playing pickleball, sailing, and cheering on the New York Mets baseball team.
