Growing up in New Orleans, LA, Ronnie has also been surrounded by the arts. A writer, singer, and guitarist, Ronnie uses the arts as a way to share how he sees the world around him and inspire others. Ronnie currently serves as the Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator at Baker Botts L.L.P where he works closely with the Diversity & Inclusion team to support and enhance diversity efforts within the firm and community. Previously, he worked in higher education as an Assistant Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion supporting underrepresented college students in their transition to and throughout college.
Ronnie is excited to be a part of the Associate Board and looks forward to supporting Community-Word Project’s college access initiatives.
