Natasha Soto

Natasha Soto is a writer and visual artist born and raised in New York City. She received her MFA in Creative Writing from Rutgers University-Camden, and her BA in Latin American Literature and Psychology from Bowdoin College. Through her writing and image-making, she seeks to weave fragments of daily life within a larger tapestry of history and ecology. As the daughter of Dominican and Ecuadorian immigrants, her many identifications have imbued her understanding of the world with a multicultural and liberatory lens. She loves facilitating spaces where students can bring their whole selves and collectively create new possibilities.
