Milagros Ramirez

Milagros Ramirez is a Senior Research Coordinator for the NYC Dept. of Social Services,  where she conducts in-depth analysis of a wide variety of social service programs (e.g., cash assistance, SNAP, etc.,). Prior to this role, she was a Senior Evaluation Associate at the New York City Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD). Milagros has also worked in the early childhood education/Head Start and child welfare fields and has experience in grant writing, supporting special initiatives and program expansion efforts. She holds a master’s degree in public administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs from Syracuse University and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Social Policy at the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University.

Milagros is passionate about CWP’s mission, and is excited to support their work in NYC communities as an Associate Board member.
