Dream Circle have also released three albums and perform live periodically in the NYC area. For over a decade, she has worked professionally in NYC in advertising, entertainment marketing, product development, event production and even with tech start-ups. With her husband Joél, their group, Dream Circle, has much of their music featured in their first feature film, Time is Art, (in post-production) produced by Things Are Changing their production company.

“My passions are art and activism and CWP’s workshop themes are totally inline with my path both professionally and personally. I was also so inspired by the teaching artist’s techniques, especially regarding their collaborate teaching style and the idea that the students learn from each other by discussing social justice issues with each other, as opposed to being preached at by and authority figure. It allows for independent thought and for students to learn to collaborate with one another on a deeper level.” -Katy Walker
