Chad Frisbie, a poet, received his BA from Bates College in 2010. He has taught creative writing in a variety of communities across all five boroughs of New York City. Hi diverse professional experiences include circumnavigating Iceland by bike to write poems about environmental controversies while on an Otis Fellowship. Chad attended the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference in 2011. In 2013, he led nonfiction-writing workshops for Nepalese lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) activists in Kathmandu, Nepal, and edited an anthology of their stories. His poems have appeared in The New Guard Review, Jellyfish, and Chroma.
