Ms. Woods is currently a Vice President on the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Digital team. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Ms. Woods was the Strategy Lead at Artivest, a Fintech start-up, where she focused on product and growth strategy into new customer segments and markets and capital raises. Before joining Artivest, Ms. Woods was a Vice President on Corporate Strategy team at BlackRock. In this role, she led the development and execution of BlackRock's strategic initiatives for the U.S. Retail business line. In addition to serving as the technology and investment markets lead, MS. Woods was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the senior leadership of the U.S. Retail business line.

Prior to BlackRock, Ms. Woods worked for PwC, Booze, and IBM providing technology and strategy services to clients, including technology strategy and implementation, growth strategy, and process improvement. Ms. Woods started her career out in politics where she first worked as an intern at the White House for George W. Bush and later served in the White House Liaison Office for the Department of Homeland Security. Ms. Woods is a graduate of Georgetown University, School of Foreign Service, and Catholic University Law School.

In 2014, Ms. Woods had her first run for public office as a New York State Assembly District 66 candidate. In addition to being active in politics, Ms. Woods serves on the Steering Committee for Lincoln Center Young Patrons and serves as a Pod Leader for Declare.
